- ABalyssa bielerFeb 19, 20265.0I love Christine’s classes, I’ve done more than 70 of them and honestly I plan my work schedule to allow me to take at least one of her classes a week. When I first started, I was so out of shape and struggling even in the 1.0 but Christine is very positive and motivating and I can’t believe how strong I am now. She is also very knowledgeable about modifications and I’m always comfortable doing her class even if my back is being a jerk. I’ve had many, many orthopedic surgeries and I can’t believe that I am able to do all of the moves she teaches now. Also, sometimes she uses the chair which I love and I don’t find many teachers use. I mainly do 1.5s (and 2.0s) now but occasionally I’ll do her 1.0 and still feel like I get a good workout/stretch. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

I know my body and I can’t believe the muscles I never knew I had. And how quickly I saw a change. I have never gained the lean muscle that I have at your studio. Everybody is so friendly and the place is immaculate so beautiful. I’m very happy to be a member!
