  I took my first class at CycleBar Garden City and had such a great experience! Sydney was my instructor, and she made such a strong first impression. I left feeling tired, challenged, and honestly really motivated. Her energy is amazing and she really knows how to push you in a positive way. I haven’t taken a cycling class in a long time, but I never felt pressured to keep up—just encouraged to try my best, which I really appreciated. Also, the front desk staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure I knew how to clip into the shoes and adjust the bike properly, which made me feel comfortable right away. Overall, 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be back!

  I love Maria’s classes! Her energy and music choice are EVERYTHING I need for a bomb workout 💣🔥✨ Cyclebar Garden City is honestly my favorite workout choice. THEE best!
