  I don't understand what some of the reviewers are complaining about. I called in on a Friday morning and was given a sick visit appointment for my son without any issues. We arrived on time and were taken care of by the staff and providers in the most caring and professional way. Highly recommended.

  The staff is very unhelpful they act as if they are the doctors themselves and the front desk lady who’s name is roxxana she has a unpleasant attitude they need to be a little more professional and nicer

  The doctors are great but some of the staff not so much. Every time i gave them paperwork, they would lose it or act like they dont know what happened. They need more communication within the staff.

  The doctors are wonderful! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I moved from queens into this area and I’ve taken both my kids here ever since. They’re accommodating and understanding, especially with sick visits. Definitely would recommend.
