  My doctor here is great , but the workers are horrible. They do not answer the phone for over an hour and a half and they listen to everything you say cause I said this is ridiculous. I’m going to get in my car and come up here and then all of a sudden the phone answered.

  I recently visited with my dad for an appointment and had a great experience interacting with the reception staff, particularly Patricia and another staff member whose name I unfortunately forgot. Although she couldn't directly assist me with my request, her exceptional kindness and professionalism really stood out. She was welcoming, attentive, and made every effort to ensure I felt heard and comfortable. I appreciated her positive attitude and the effort she put into trying to help, even though the issue wasn't resolved immediately. Her approach perfectly demonstrated that great customer service is about more than just solving problems. Thank you for making my experience so pleasant.

  I am never coming back to this ophthalmologist. This is ridiculous my appointment was for 4:00 I got here at 3:40 and I’m still waiting to see the doctor at 6:10. I got everything done, I’m dilated but I’m still here. Ridiculous. Not to mention I called about 4 times the past two weeks to confirm what I’m getting done, my insurance, and my referral and when I got here they’re like they only take Medicaid for prescription checks and are not going through my insurance. The first person I talked to had a terrible attitude and acted like me calling to confirm was ridiculous because for a complete check up everything is included and covered under my insurance. The people I dealt with for the initial test and dilation were great nice and all but the long wait and unprofessional behavior is not worth it with so many other places to go to. Why would you not tell me you only take Medicaid the 3 times I called???
