I started with a Classic membership and upgraded to Black, being told my husband could come in as a guest anytime. Turns out he can’t come in unless I’m there—how is that not communicated upfront? I asked to downgrade immediately so he could open his own Classic membership. They told me my membership was locked in a one-year contract. Wait—what? When you sign up new for Black, there’s no commitment, but if you upgrade, suddenly there is? The only other option was to pay a buyout fee. So we were stuck for a year. When the new year came, I tried to downgrade right after being charged the annual fee, and they said I couldn’t unless I paid the $40 downgrade fee or bought out my membership. Ridiculous. I would have simply canceled before the annual fee hit and started fresh. These fees feel like a trap. There’s no way out of this frustrating loop. Seriously—think carefully before signing up. Read the entire contract and check all commitments. These fees are clearly how they make money.

- JMJerrie MNov 4, 20253.0Place is clean. Staff is welcoming. However, they don't have any discounts for seniors like silver sneakers but, they do cater to the kids. Hmmm. Plenty of parking. I would like to see extended hours because of the kids during certain months. It's difficult to use the equipment.

I have been dealing with them since mid September to get a refund and the lady at the front counter keeps telling the me same story about speaking to her manager..the “manger” never called me or anything.. quick to take the money but to refund u it’s impossible.. never again will I deal with this place..
