  It was a quick and smooth process to have a blood test done at Quest Diagnostics in Forest Hills. The staff were pleasant and professional, the facility was clean and efficient.

  Staff was lovely and I was seen in good timing compared to my appointment time considering how busy the waiting room was. Half or more of these negative reviews are those who think it’s their god given right to be rude to the workers because they had to wait a few minutes past their appointment time.

  It's closed till March 16 2026!!! Couldn't bother updating their location website or Google maps??? Ridiculous!

  Absolutely horrible place. DO NOT COME HERE FOR EMPLOYMENT DRUG TESTING. My appointment was at 12pm and it is now 1pm and I still have not given my sample. They are so incredibly disorganized and behind with their appointments, when I came in at 11:50 there were people with 11:20 appointments still waiting to be seen, which is never a good sign. Room is packed with people and there is no front desk staff, just 2 touch screen kiosks to check in for your appointment. They purposefully keep the doors locked so you can't talk to anyone, forcing you to rush up to one of the techs that happen to come out so you can ask when you're going to be called. They also do not accept the drug screen form in PDF format, only paper copies or you have to email the form to them. I have been to other Quest locations where they accepted the PDF from my phone with no issues so not sure what the problem is with this location. I emailed the form at 12:40pm (when they first called me back) and so far nobody has called me back since.

  Absolute disaster. Nobody working at any desk or reception, like someone else noted you have to rush the door when they open it to call people to get any information. DOES NOT HONOR APPOINTMENT TIMES My appointment was for noon, at 12:15 I asked someone when I would be seen and they just said "There's a lot of people, you need to look at the screen" The screen still had people listed for their 11:30 appointments, and it said there were 20 other appointments scheduled in the next hour. So, three minutes per person is how you're allowing appointments to be made? I left. What a mess. AVOID
