I was offered assistance IMMEDIATELY upon walking in! They explained both pads had to be replaced and they took care of it RIGHT AWAY while I admired their Glasses Collections wonderfully displayed! VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF!! Thank You Ladies!!! I’ll definitely be back! HAPPY 2026!

Bella helped me pick a frame and go through the purchase process. She helped me try on a few frames and was patient with me. She also remembered me from my last eye exam and purchase, which was 2 years ago. That is great customer service that made me feel seen and heard.

Long-time customer, but service has clearly declined since the current manager took over. On my last visit, I was advised to recheck my eyes instead of having my glasses adjusted. I followed that advice, had my exam at Weill Cornell, returned—yet was still treated coldly and told to wait 18 working days with no proper explanation. No-go for me. Next time, Cohen’s Optical across the street.
