  I recently used the Home Instead Forest Hills, NY office after a recent knee replacement surgery. After this type of surgery it is difficult to get around the house etc (especially in the first 1-2 weeks) and I found the care givers provided by this Home Instead Office to be extremely helpful in these early days post-procedure. All the care givers provided were very attentive and caring (I also used a few overnight shifts which can be needed) and they assisted with all the normal post-procedure requirements and also were very good at other tasks such as picking up medications etc. And the staff in the Office (including Mike) were very seamless and pleasurable to deal with. Would highly recommend.

  Home Instead provided caregivers for my mom for over four years. Beverly and her team did an exceptional job at every step, anticipating as my mom's needs changed, and always providing caring, responsive and reliable assistance. I would highly recommend Beverly and her team at Home Instead for anyone looking for in-home caregiving services for a loved one.

  I engaged Home Instead, Queens Office, run by Beverly Silver, for several months during 2019 through early 2020. I had a solidly positive experience working with Beverly and her team. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, support, and caregivers. Beverly listened carefully, offered suggestions, and presented options at each phase as the needs for caregiving of my family member changed. She is professional, flexible, and very client-focused. Beverly provided home care aides who were genuinely concerned with my dad's well-being, showed professionalism and took good care of him.

  We've been very impressed with the level of compassion and attention that the CAREgivers have been providing to our friend. The women are very caring and respectful, and treat her with great dignity. We have also appreciated the flexibility and expertise of the staff as they work with us to find just the right CAREgivers to meet the specific needs of our friend. Update: During the last months of our family friend's life she was cared for by a team of special women who took the very best care of her. One in particular took note of her favorite foods and habits and shared those with the other team-members in very detailed notes and instructions. During our visits and phone calls, it was clear our friend felt very comfortable and had affection for these wonderful ladies. We were also impressed with the CAREgivers reliability. Even during the pandemic we had such peace of mind knowing that there would always be someone there - even under incredibly challenging circumstances. We were also touched by the level of genuine concern shown when our friend was hospitalized. Home Instead helped to make her final months as happy as possible and we will always be grateful.
