This place is so good, this is my 2nd time experience with the Lenscrafts , 1st queens center mall and 2nd Austin st. Forest hill, both location customer service is superb, they will not force ypu to sell you anything instead give you all the choices and price break down, but Forest hill carries for upscale luxury brands, very happy with both location
