  Outstanding customer service, I highly recommend trying a class here then joining . Yasmin is one of the best trainers I have met with and I have seen a lot trying to find the right place for me . Thank you from the bottom of my being you made it so easy for me to feel comfortable to rehabilitate myself 💕

  Front desc is always rude and inconsiderate specially Sarah ,,, They can cancel a class last minute and it’s ok but if you cancel a class 11 hours before instead of 12 because you got a fever in the middle of the night they still charge a late fee …it seems like they care more about money then actually a person !!!!

  The management and the front desk are horrendously rude unprofessional and inconsiderate. All the negative reviews on Google are correct, they will scam you out of credits and then pretend there's zero flexibility when i know for a fact other Club Pilates locations will work with members to make schedules work. Stay far away there are so many better options in forest hills.
