I was traveling and went to pickup about a week after and they only had one pair ready. The other pair got canceled the day after the order and the male sales person never contact me or advise about it. They refused to give me a reason for the cancelation and stated the lab gives us no reason. I had to travel the next day and was very disappointed. I decided to cancel my whole order which took a while. They wanted me to pickup the one pair only. At least, the doctor who did the eye exam was very professional. I am never coming back here.
