    I’ve had TMJ for about 20years. But the last 5 years have been the worst. My jaw felt clinched constantly….continuously. I could barely eat a BP&J sandwich. I had pain in my jaw leading up to my ear. I tried several things to get some relief..but nothing helped. I finally went to Dr. Zara and he immediately saw that my jaw was out of line. He explained in detail how he could help me and knew exactly where my pain was coming from. After my first treatment with DR. Zara I felt relief. My jaw felt unclenched it felt smooth, relaxed. I truly could not believe how relaxed my jaw felt. And no more pain. Wow!! His treatments are a life saver. I will continue my treatments with Dr. Zara. He has help me tremendously.. as well as educating me about TMJ and how my jaw muscles were affected. I highly recommend him. If you’re having back issues, neck pain or TMJ issues.. please go see him. He can help you! I’m feel so much better. Thank you Dr.Zara 😊. Your the best 👍

    I was so happy to find a Dr. Zara. I had been looking for a new Chiropractor for almost a year. Dr. Zara is extremely knowledgeable in dealing with different types of medical conditions. I have been suffering from a prior shoulder/neck injury and I have finally been able to comfortably have range of motion in my neck. I stand long hours at work which puts a tremendous strain on my lower back. Dr. Zara has aligned my lower back muscles and my 12 hour shifts are a lot easier. The staff is warm and friendly and the office is very nice.

    After six months of physical therapy and several shots in my spine which did not help, Dr. Zara was recommended to me by a neighbor who had been treated by him. I had been to a chiropractor with no success but as a last ditch effort I decided to see him. His special spinal manipulations have rendered me pain free and I would highly recommend him to anyone who thinks there is no hope. He is knowledgeable, caring and his office staff are friendly and efficient.
