  This was my second time getting bloodwork done at Quest Diagnostics in Fishkill, NY. I got the same nurse both times. I wasn't greeted or even given a smile. Just told "room 2" as I approached her. The bloodwork itself was very rough. My cotton swab was covered in blood by the time I got home. Zero compassion from this nurse at both visits. I have gotten bloodwork taken MANY times at other facilities, but have never had experiences as bad as both times I have been to this particular Quest location. The fact that this happened both times I have been there, I will now be refusing to get any work done at this location in the future.

  Avoid this place. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding and shouldn't be allowed. I had an appointment that I made weeks in advance for 7:10 this morning and the place was a ghost town. Their hours of operation begin at 7am. When I got there it was lights off, doors closed until I finally left the parking lot at 7:50am. I stuck around confused but hopeful for 40 minutes and..nothing. Nobody showed up to work, nobody opened the door, and as a patient I feel discarded and not cared for. This level of mediocrity should not be allowed. Also, the last time I was here, the nurse was very rude and a simple blood draw was very painful. I don't normally do this but there needs to be some accountability, you guys need to do better, it's absolutely unacceptable.

  Arrived for a 7:15 appointment and door was locked, no one there. Other patients also waiting outside in the freezing cold. Waited an hour and no one came, no email, nothing. Entire day ruined. Beyond unprofessional. Will never ever use Quest again. Avoid at ALL costs.

  They are extremely understaffed at this location. Every time I’ve been there the staff always seem overwhelmed. Quest Fishkill is obviously more concerned about making profits than patient care.
