  I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the wonderful care I received during my wisdom tooth extraction today. This was my second time visiting your Fayetteville office, and once again, my experience exceeded all expectations. I specifically requested Dr. Bourgeois because of the excellent job he did with my first extraction, and I am so grateful I did. His skill, calm demeanor, and sense of humor immediately puts you at ease. He is a highly skilled Oral Surgeon, and it’s absolutely clear he holds sincere compassion for his patients. Today he was assisted by Valerie, who was amazingly exceptional throughout the entire process. Valerie has such a warm and engaging spirit. She was incredibly attentive during the surgical extraction and made sure I felt comfortable and supported at every step. She also took the time to thoroughly explain all of my post-operative and home care instructions in a way that felt patient, clear, and genuinely caring. I never felt rushed—only cared for. Together, Dr. Bourgeois and Valerie created an experience that felt truly above the standard of care. Their compassion, professionalism, and warmth made what could have been a stressful procedure feel manageable and even positive.   Botched my dental implant. No upfront discussion like.. hey this is an exceptionally challening one or it could fail. Just total suprise.. oops it didn;t work. Highly unprofessional during surgery. Dropped inplant not once but twice. Once onto my arm then in my mouth. Discussing weekend plans and chit chatting while performing surgery. You really need to rain in that assistant and stress how unprofessional this is. I received partial refund (not even full refund of xrays, and they coulnt even mail check correctly) after a painful and very uncomfortable failed surgery and potentially now not even able to try surgery again eslewhere due to bone degredation. At best case 4 months of waiting and social anxiety from a missing front tooth. My take is that the guide they made was made incorrectly, was pretty obvious to me just feeling it. I would recommend going elsewhere. But unfortunatley you are really just gambling everywhere and your discomfort and inconvenience really mean nothing. Good luck.
