Spoke Fitness Studio - Syracuse

Spoke's mission is to create a place that fosters an inclusive community. We believe in body positivity. You work out because you love your body, not because you hate it. We ride, lift, pulse, and sweat together to feel confident about who we are inside and out. All while having fun. We offer a variety of fitness programs including sculpt, cycle, and bootcamp. We offer multiple packages to accommodate members’ preferred sweat lifestyle. In addition, all studios and packages include complimentary cycle shoes (which are required for cycle classes), mats, and towel service. Studio amenities include showers fully equipped with toiletries, blow dryers, products and bath towels. Cold eucalyptus towels post-sweat.
