  Definitely do not recommend. They were okay when they took care of my sister in 2003 but were absolutely terrible when taking care of my parents in 2021 and 2024. I wish I had chosen a different hospice for my parents.

  I recently went thru the passing of my mom, which is hard enough to deal w at the end. We had just put her in an assisted living,and that was a nightmare it seemed EVERYDAY, as soon as it seemed that we got involved w good Shepperd hospice it was like a breath of fresh air!! They were so on top of everything for us and informative that it really was able to put us at as much ease that could b expected. I would DEFINITELY refer them to anyone looking. It really did help my sister & I at the most vulnerable & depressed time we've had. They made sure my mom was ALWAYS comfortable & in no pain! I'm grateful for all they helped us with!

  End of life care was inconsistent, inconvenient sending intake nurses at 7 pm, unclear communication. The 2 workers were lovely but management is horrendous

  They cared for my mother for 7 months. They took care of all of her needs. Nurse Gerry & Social worker Marina were so, so warm & comforting to my Mom & family. God Bless all of you!

  I feel like that they don’t even care. They have been stringing us along for the last four days. Call me yesterday to cancel their evaluation of my mother who is dying in our house. They told me they would call me in the morning to let me know what time the nurse is coming today. It’s now almost 4 in the afternoon and nobody’s called me. I feel at least they could have the decency calling me and letting me know what’s going on. Meanwhile my mothers just sitting here suffering .
