I have called them 4 times in the last 4 months and they have yet to have come back from their vacations to offer me a reply phone call on the stairlift issues? After purchasing a pinnacle sl300 model the model goes through batteries every 9 months. Mobility 101 charges you a rediculous $400 to replace the batteries- "Dont Do It". A chairlift shouldnt go through batteries every 9 months with a working recharging system. So everyone is aware, you can buy a 2 battery replacement set as cheap as $19 a set on the web. It takes 20 minutes to replace /install a new set of batteries. Dont be fooled by this company. They will avoid you if you dont pony up the warranty money which does not cover batteries anyway, but will show up if you want to pay $400 to replace batteries. Mobility 101 lost my business and with anyone I know. The word has been spread in the retirement comunities not to do business w/ Mobility 101. Please "Dont Do" business with these people as they take advantage of the elderly who cant afford the battery repairs. Shop elsewhere or do it yourself and save a lot of money!!!!...
