  It was very informative regarding immunotherapy for allergies but who ever answers the phone does not leave messages for the PA to call you back.

  My hand started to hurt and I didn’t remember injuring it. Within a short time it started to get swollen and it hurt. My family convinced me to get to an urgent care doctor. We got the last appointment before they closed, at the Farmingdale facility. The P.A. who treated me was  knowledgeable, very nice and professional. They immediately called in an antibiotic prescription and she told me that if the redness on my knuckle expanded to come back in, but the antibiotic should produce results after 3 doses. I’m very happy that I went there. Everybody on the staff was friendly and I highly recommend this urgent care. I feel better already! Thank you!

  Process of making appt and checking in virtually went smoothly. Was seen quickly. However i don’t feel the nasal swab was done properly she barely touched anything in my nose. Of course test was negative.

  I had never visited an urgent care facility before and was unsure what to expect. To my very pleasant surprise, it turned out to be an excellent experience. The clinic is clean, modern, staffed with kind, compassionate professionals who handled me with care and concern — and quickly. Thank you!

  Doctors here will tell you things are fully covered and they will not be. They will do tests that you do not need. I came in for the flu and they decided to do a allergy test that was not covered. Go to any other urgent care. They are always scamming you at this urgent care
