  I went to see Jennifer today and upon arrival I was told that my appointment had been canceled because Jennifer would not see me. So unprofessional. What is going on at this office.

  Waited 6 months for appointment ,no directions . I drove 60 miles could not find asked at several gas stations near Endicott police station nobody heard of it I went home another time maybe or another hospital UHS SEEMS TO BE GROWING WITH COMPASSION .

  Watch your billing! This facility is more concerned with their reimbursement rate and code service to your insurance to suit their goal and it may cost you more money! No one will explain it not Lourdes, not Ascension, no one! Care has declined in the past year. If the person you usually see doesn’t have an opening you’re not allowed to see anyone else there without submitting request and the facility determining if it would be okay?! Patient care anyone? UPDATE: So now the clinic checks insurance for any needed pre authorization and I finally have to call my insurance after over a week of waiting only to find none is required for a treatment. And then the inept individual informs me there is no copay for these nurse visits only to find out after 11 of them there is a copay because they’re billing it as a specialist visit when I’ve never seen the MD?! And the person that I attempt to get assistance from regarding this matter is pretty much “too bad so sad” you owe us money rather than going back to the person who misinformed me being held responsible! SERIOUSLY! What a racket.

  Dr Roney diagnosed my skin cancer, after years of a GP missing it. Dr Roney's biopsy of the area, the lab report said, completely removed the cancer. Dr Roney is sweet and expert. Her practice is closed to new patients so my husband saw Nurse Shattuck. Before that, my husband went to Dr Newmark who asserted that there was pre-cancer at the tip of the nose, and simply burned off the tip, without ordering any diagnosis of a specimen by a lab. The smart Nurse Shattuck thought that the nose-area looked peculiar. She sent my husband to a Mohs surgeon. Nurse Shattuck was right to worry. My husband has skin cancer at the tip of his nose and is scheduled for surgery. Thank you Dr Roney and Nurse Shattuck.
