  Medical and clerical staff were friendly and professional. I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and was taken care of quickly.

  Dr. Cori Mikloucich, her nurse Heidi and the whole Endicott team were caring, detailed and patient. They took time to listen and make sure we were comfortable with the plan. Thank you!

  Was a patient of Lourdes Mental health care Dr Michael Lavin and Primary care physician was Dr Aranda who left years ago Dr Vincent in Binghamton, retired or gone after almost 20 years I was treated SO DISRESPECTLY , HUNG UP ON, HAVING FRONT OFFICE GIVING ME DIAGNOSIS!!!!!!!!I I would love a phone call from a vice president or above to share my story. Called Shippers Road Lourdes Vestal NY and spoke to Quality. ENDICOTT SHOULD BE SHUT COMPLETELY DOWN, Milking my insurance dry fine, But Hainging up on patients ME I won't have. This. DO Forbes is a Quack . I couldn't get a anti inflammatory medicine DO Not go to Endicott

  I would give 10 stars if I could.. it's ALWAYS a great experience with Dr. Ondrusek. We need many more doctors, nurses & Medical assistants like they have at this practice. Everyone from front ofc to clinical staff are top notch and things get accomplished with this group. They don't drop the ball handling your care; they follow thru. Sure she may run little late in her appts. But I'm willing to wait for someone as through & compassionate like she is. Not once have I heard this office use the excuses of " covid & shortages" they take accountability and fix things to make sure your care is best it can be. I would highly recommend this group & Dr for my own family & friends so maybe you should too. Quality health care is hard to come by these days except at this practice!!

  For the last 2 years they have been so LAZY answering the PHONE. 20 minutes to an Hour on hold is WAY TO MUCH people need to be FIRED
