I honestly didn't know what to expect walking in as a complete beginner, but Stacey made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the moment class started. Her cueing was clear, her energy was incredible, and she struck the perfect balance between challenging and encouraging. I left feeling stronger, more centered, and genuinely excited to come back. I only go one day a week, but it has made a huge difference in my posture, stretching, back injury and overall mental health. I genuinely look forward to my Wednesday power flow with Lexi. She is kind, attentive and provides great cueing as well as spiritual background during her class. I appreciate her help so much during my journey. There is truly something for everyone in this class - stretching, strength, balance, core stability. The playlists are amazing and genuinely allows you to get into that “flow state”. When I first started at this studio I tried every class and this one is by far my favorite. Thank you Lexi for taking the time to help me get into my flow and overall making me a stronger mental and physical athlete! Looking forward to many more power flow classes with you
