This office in Elmira,NY is an excellent place to get your hearing aids. The entire staff is polite, upbeat, and very professional. I highly recommend this office.

I received 4 phone calls reminding me of my appointment. I don't think that was necessary. Maybe your call center should let the local office handle that. Otherwise I had a Very good experience.

Elmira Hearing Aid Center is a great place for your new hearing aides. Adrienne & Sarah are both courteous and very friendly when it comes to your needs. I highly recommend a visit to them .
