  Pésima atencion quise cambiar mi cita para otro dia y me atendieron prepotentemente para cambiar mi cita asi que cancele todas mis citas con esta clinica… no recomiendo este lugar por la mala atencion al paciente….

  Super cuidado medico. Fácil para agendar cita medica y los recordarios previos a la cita muy util. El personal muy amigable, hablan español y lugar acogedor.

  Hoy tuve una cita con Gastro Jeison. El es increíblemente detallista, le dedica tiempo al paciente, escucha con observación cuando platica con el paciente y fácil de entender como doctor es recomendable muy excelente.

  Estába muy nervioso por mi cita, pero el Gastro PA Jeisson, me hizo sentir completamente a gusto. Se tomó el tiempo para escuchar sin prisa mi problema digestivo crónicos y evaluó detalladamente. El es alto profesional y genuinamente compasivo. Ahora me siento optimista con el plan de cuidado personalizado recibido.

  Consultation appointment with Dr. Lee made for 9:45am. I arrived 9:35am and stood at the reception desk until 9:49am without being acknowledged. Dr. Lee and receptionist each passed by twice without making eye contact. At 9:49am the receptionist told me I could have a seat. At 10am the receptionist said thank you for waiting and asked me to sign paperwork, provide my drivers license and payment for the consultation. I asked if it is typical to keep their patients waiting to which the receptionist replied it was not and she is the only one there today. I asked how much the consultation was to which she replied $100. I advised I feel should be negotiated as I was kept waiting and time is valuable. Receptionist said charge is $100 and will not negotiate this fee. I told the receptionist I will find another doctor and told her she wasted my time and walked out. I can not review Dr. Lee as a doctor. This review simply speaks to the office’s lack of respect for their patient’s time. Yes, the receptionist did thank me for waiting however never apologized for the wait. The difference is subtle but there is absolutely is one. If you value your time, find a doctor that does as well.
