  I’m very pleased with all the classes I’ve taken at YogaSix so far. I feel great after every class, particularly with Peter and Shivani, but truly with all the teachers at this location. They take care of their students and ensure we have the best practice possible.

  I did Yoga 101 with Nicola. She is an inspiring and talented yoga teacher. She began the class with a metaphorical story that created a sense of calm, optimism, and connection. The class flowed beautifully; she offered modifications for every level, paid attention to everyone, and closed by returning to the opening story, conveying love and compassion. I truly enjoyed the class!

  Yesterday was my first class I did a restore class with Cece! It was very calming and relaxing! I felt very relaxed leaving the class and my body felt great. I stretched muscles I forgot I even had lol. I’ll definitely be going back. I loved her music choice and the studio is very clean and the front desk so helpful.
