Davis and Dan (technician or assistant) were INCREDIBLY helpful not only quickly filling a prescription that my regular pharmacy did not have in stock (& neglected to mention to me for a day) but also were successful going to bat for me with my insurance company despite some prior resistance. They provided fast and wonderfully friendly service on a Friday evening, just as a big winter storm arrived. Many of the negative reviews I saw were several years ago - Kinney has certainly improved since then! I think I will switch to them for my regular needs despite the store being out the way for me. Way to go pharmacy team at Kinney Drugs and THANK YOU!!!

When called next I explained that I needed to use that machine . I expected I'm sorry ma'am were having issues right now. No that's not at all what was said. I got its broke I dont know what to tell you. Unbelievable so rude. I will never go to that store again.This happened today at 1pm by a young blonde girl that needs to learn customer service.
