  I do not recommend this pulmonary office because patients do not seem to be their priority due to poor communication from both management and doctors. Dr. Oshahan assured me that the office manager , Susan , would reach out to discuss my concerns regarding my sleep studies , which I provided, but never heard back from her. The office staff is friendly , but management lack of communication.

  I have nothing but rave reviews I’ve bee a CPap user for 22 yrs. I saw her in the hospital for other medical issues. She ordered my sleep study I had them within 2 weeks. She and her office were more than helpful in me getting a new state of the art cpap machine. I had that in two weeks. There has been a recall on machine and there is a shortage around the country. She also helped me with other issues. And yes she’s hard to get in to see because she’s good and kind, so she’s very popular. She told me what to say to office people so I was in to see her within two wks. after my discharge. She’s the best

  Informed by PCP I needed a Pulmonologist for severe Breathing & Coughing issue. I called Dr. Gilleran's Office and was informed that there was no available appointments until April -- 3 months away. During the call I was repeatedly coughing -- Nurse asked for my phone # and name and said she'd call me back. Within a few hours the Nurse called me back and gave me an appointment for 3 days from then -- it was an after 5:00 P.M. appointment so I am assuming the Doctor must have had me added onto the end of her work day. I am grateful for Dr. Gilleran's skill and ability and I am now feeling much better and have a follow-up appointment this week. Follow Up: Almost a month later --Meds finished 3 weeks ago and still breathing well and no Wheezing or Coughing -- Looks like Dr. Gilleran got it under control. Feeling much better. Thanks !

  DON'T recommend this office at all. 2 months later i still dont have my CPAP mask supplies and the office staff down from the manager to secretary have done nothing to help. Will be following up with the proper BBB to report Dr. Mattoo and the entire staff. Should anything happen my daughter has been advised and has specific instructions on not only this office but my attorney as well.
