  Would highly recommend to anyone who has any questions or concerns regarding their hearing. Dr. McNicholl and her team were polite, professional and thorough. If every doctor was like Dr. McNicholl, the world would be a better place.

  My mother has been seeing Dr. Heffron. Since she has been seeing him she has had no complaints, she’s not asking you to repeat yourself. Her hearing has been great and I no longer have to repeat myself! It’s been a win win! I also like that he took his time with her so that she was comfortable with it. I thought he seems like a good, professional doctor.
