  Very friendly and accommodating. Receptionist filled out questioneer form as she asked questions, making the process quick and easy so appointment may focus on time with doctor instead of filling out paperwork. She even made me a coffee with the nice Keurig set up they have in the waiting room. Doctor was super nice, making instructions clear and the whole testing process comfortable and safe when entering the test room. Highly recommend.

  My experience at Empire Hearing and Audiology was excellent! Kimberly McNicholl gave my elderly mother all the information, advice and care that she needed. No issues at all!
