Honestly giving one star because I can’t give zero. I went in initially due to a slip and fall at work. So I have a workers comp case, the care was not great. The staff were awful specifically Susan who hung up on me when I was inquiring about my forms. I was told “I don’t fill out every form that comes into the office” and that my “Form didn’t look important” and “I thought I filled that out already”. Regardless of whether someone thinks a form is important or not that is not your decision on whether or not to fill them out. Honestly I will never go back and will never recommend anyone to this office. I couldn’t find a number to call and make a formal complaint through NUYU Langone either.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of care and service I have received. Starting with the front desk staff, I found them to be rude and unhelpful when interacting with patients. This created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment from the beginning.
Additionally, the doctors I have seen were unprofessional and did not show a genuine willingness to help address my ongoing headaches. Instead of working with me to find solutions, I was made to feel like a burden for asking questions and seeking help.
There were also consistent issues with appointment times. Despite arriving on time, I was often made to wait more than 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment without explanation.
Furthermore, my messages and concerns were dismissed with responses stating that “everything has been tried,” placing the blame on my illness rather than continuing to explore other possible treatments or options.
Based on my experience, I do not feel that I have received the level of care, professionalism, or attention that patients deserve.

I’m disappointed with the professionalism of the early-shift security guard. During my visits, the interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, and some remarks made me uncomfortable. In a healthcare setting, security should help people feel safe and respected. I hope management addresses this promptly.
Joesef was extremely unprofessional and used profanity, I see now why this location has poor rating. It’s because of employees like this who don’t know how to behave.
