Jennifer was professional and patient and went out of way to make sure that the information about what was covered on our insurance was correct. Jennifer is the absolute best when it comes to care, comfort, kindness and looking your best. I have gotten to know Jennifer and her knowledge in eye care is stellar. I know when picking out a pair of glasses she is the one to go to. Jennifer is honest and I always trust her opinion in which pair suits me. She is knowledgable in face shape and fit. If a pair is not for me or alright she tells me and finds an even better pair that has me leaving looking and feeling confident in myself. Always a pleasure to come into this place and leave seeing better than ever.

Turns out the frame somehow got bent while I did some work around the house and I did not even know. Faith took a look at my glasses and showed me the bend. She simply went in the back for a few minutes and came back with a perfectly fixed pair of glasses. Very surprisingly there was absolutely no charge for this service. Faith wouldn’t even accept any tip as gratitude for her helping fix the problem. Who else but Pearle would offer such remarkable service.
