I love this place! all of the instructors seem to know what they’re doing. The front desk is so kind and welcoming, i’ve never had a day where they did not check in with me when i walk in for class. the classes breeze by and the waitlists move pretty quickly, i don’t think i’ve ever gotten off of one! love it here

Love this location. Lola and Nicole are absolutely the best! The only down side is their cancelation policy. Emergencies happen and you either lose the credit or get charged a $15 no show fee if not canceled within 24 hours. Would love if the company was more understanding about circumstances. Other than that, I always look forward to my next class!

This establishment is nasty. I would not recommend going here. The contract is insane. At first I thought it was a great experience. However, as a student I did not have time to go to classes. They don't allow any unused class to rollover, if you don't complete them in a timely fashion you will never get the money back for those classes. Knowing this I paused my membership and planned to cancel it after. They have a rule where you cannot cancel it after being paused you have to pay another month again. Forget about if you don't cancel it in time, they will charge you. Being a student I had other things to pay for but waited for my card to reload so I can pay for that. They have been threatening me with sending a $139 payment to collections after 9 days. In their contract they send payments to collections 90+ days after not receiving a payment. They have been ringing my phone down and sending text and trying to charge my card 2-3 times a day. I have no issue with sending a text to ask for payment however, threatening your clients with false information is insane. I wish I could decline to give them this payment after this treatment. This will be the last time they get any money from me. They have gotten a ton out of me for classes I never used and threaten their clients with false information. They are a money hungry organization. And have nasty attitudes as well. Please look at these reviews before you even consider going to this place. I wish I saw these bad reviews before I started a membership. I've been a member since September and wish I stopped earlier.

I was met with an unwelcoming attitude before I even had the chance to walk through the doors. Whether it was because I don’t live in East Meadow or something else entirely—perhaps even my name—I’m not sure. But the response I received when simply trying to sign up for a workout class was incredibly rude and off-putting. I’ve never encountered such an uncomfortable experience just trying to join a fitness program.
