  Warm caring nurses and cna's. Residents seem happy and everyone smiles and says hello. Friendly staff and great Physical therapists. Lot's of entertaining activities in the facility. Keeps everyone busy. Food is great too.

  Great rehabilitation residence clean and sanitized staffing was great and work well if I get the chance I will work there has a staff I recommended this place to anyone

  Went to visit a friend who is there. We met him downstairs at The Coffee Cafe. They provide guests and residents a wonderful selection of pastries and pizza. Our friend is making great progress there after hip surgery.

  The worst place I have been to. The staff allowed my mother to remain soaking wet with urine for more than 4 hours. No one answers the telephone when there are three staff members at the desk. I signed for a copy of admissions and policies - was not given a copy. No one is available from Administration on Weekends .... Recreation staff does not adhere to the posted schedule - meaning there is no activity at all during the afternoon. I assume the staff ratio is be large which does not allow for care in a timely fashion. On two other occasions with different clients - the patients condition worsened and quality of life declined - in my experience this is happening again to my loved one

  I went to visit my sister in law at momentum in East Islip today.The front desk representative, nurses and the nurse manager are awesome. Everyone is great, excellent, pleasant and very helpful during our visit. Thanks for the help and everything you do.
