I had a fractured patella and after surgery spent significant time in a brace. When I was declared by my surgeon and my in-home physical therapist to be ready for outpatient care, I chose Columbia Physical Therapy with their approval and because my husband had good experiences after several joint replacements. I always received a warm welcome from staff at the front desk and from Cory, Ashley and Adrienne who consistently provided great care with kindness and encouragement. Despite some pain and discomfort, I enjoyed my visits and found everyone, including many patients, to be friendly and happy to be there. I left with improved range of motion, strength and balance and would not hesitate to recommend Columbia Physical Therapy to anyone needing their services. Thanks to everyone who made my experience so pleasant.

I don't normally write reviews unless someone has done a tremendous job or quite frankly a horrible job. I felt compelled to share my review of Columbia P.T.. They have done an impeccable job with my mother in law. They treat her as if she was their own mother. The caring, compassion and knowledge this staff has is beyond words. If you or anyone you know needs P.T. you should choose Columbia. They make you feel like family, and take better care of you then probably your family would.

Highly recommend Columbia Physical Therapy! Jenn and Gina are fantastic—knowledgeable, supportive, and truly care about your progress. Every session felt personalized, and I’ve seen real results. Great atmosphere and an amazing team! Front office staff are the best around.

Best therapists around! I was injured by my goat in December, once I started therapy Ashley and Michaela were very encouraging and supportive. When they suggested pool therapy, I thought it was crazy, how much can you accomplish in a pool? I found out, A LOT! I highly recommend Columbia Physical Therapy for everyone!

From the reviews and my one other time ive gone there i thought that this place would have been great for my herniated disc. I was unfortunately very wrong. I never had been to PT off of workers compensation, so I was unaware of the difference in treatment. I was not yet aware i had a herniated disk but was very aware i had some kind of sciatic nerve issue. I went in there on my private insurance (even though it happened on the job and yes they were aware of that) I was given the basic treatment for a pulled muscle. They were very uninterested in helping me. I was left to myself everytime i went in. No real guidance. They switched me between therapists every. Single. Time. They would talk about me infront of everyone as though nobody could tell who they were talking about. (Very unprofessional) After an MRI and follow up with my doctor I asked to wait until the results of my M.R.I. came back to make new appointments but was told that it would cost me more not to make more appointments because they would have to file it differently and they might not be covered by my insurance. Not being a rich man i agreed to make some more appointments. Luckily before my next appointment my results came in. I called and informed the receptionist of my results and offered to bring them in so they could see the seriousness of the situation. The receptionist awkwardly declined and stated the therapists were aware. At my next appointment I was all of a sudden treated like everyone else. Go figure right? I got better care, a new therapist who stayed the entire time unless there was a situation that needed her attention. never saw the first 3 therapists after that even in the building, and most importantly my bill was correct and I only now had to come in until I felt I didnt need it anymore. Point is from my experience if they even for a second think you might file an injury on workers compensation they treat you very differently basically like a 3rd class citizen. Its like your level of treatment is solely based off the insurance carrier you have not your injury 🤔
