  I was a walk in and had to wait for a bit, but it was less than 30 minutes. The gentleman who drew my blood was excellent. I didn't even feel the needle go in. Super guy! I will definitely go to this location again.

  I am sick of the East Aurora location. I had a timed blood test scheduled where I needed to take an expensive prescription the night before my test only to find out the East Aurora location was closed and hour before my test. I was able to go to the Orchard Park location as a walk in. Luckily, they were able to take me. I will never schedule another appointment at the East Aurora location again. It's a sunny cold morning here.
