Crown Point Health Center, UVM Health - Elizabethtown Community Hospital

Community Health Centers of Elizabethtown Community Hospital (ECH): (Crown Point Health Center) - ECH has six community health centers located throughout Essex County and affiliated with UVM Health Network. All health centers are staffed by caring medical professionals that offer essential primary care and some specialist services to patients of all ages. All community health centers provide preventive services, diagnosis, and treatment to patients of all ages.
