  STAY FAR AWAY if you actually need medical help. Dr Kezia Daniel is committing patient fraud and has refused to produce an accurate medical record or X-ray report reflecting my visit in August 2025. I visited for hypermobile EDS for which she advised genetic tests that would cost me thousands of dollars, and for pain that I didn't know the source of. She did X-rays of my spine and diagnosed me with arthritis of the thoracic spine. She advised I follow up with pain management and an orthopedic doctor. Two weeks ago I reached out to get a copy of my records and when they were sent to me I was appalled at what they contained. Not only does their record not reflect me or my health whatsoever, I believe Dr Daniel is committing blatant fraud. My records were falsified to reflect information that is not about me, including my height, wait, diagnosis, and complaints. They did not include a copy of my x-ray report because it probably contradicts their falsified and fraudulent office visit report. The office is refusing to produce any of this information, refusing to hold accountable their predatory and clearly ableist doctor, And refusing to amend my visit report or produce a coherent and accurate current report. Instead they are gaslighting me and have accused me of "requesting a specific diagnosis" which is actually insane and I will be pursuing legal action against Dr Daniel, Northwell Health, and their partner Nuvance who is worse than these people are.

  After a long search and misdiagnosis by multiple doctors in the Newburgh NY area, I finally found a doctor in Croton on Hudson that cared to take the time to discuss my entire health file with me and give me a correct diagnosis. Dr Daniel was intelligent, compassionate and very clear about my condition and laid out what I needed to do to address the issues. The entire staff was pleasant and kind, the office was neat and clean. Making an appointment was easy and not delayed for months, I barely sat down and they called me in to be seen. Dr. Daniel never rushed me and made sure I understood everything. Fabulous doctor.

  2nd time I called and still haven’t sent my prescription in, can’t get an appointment for 2+ months being a regular patient. Poor quality of care and being a healthcare clinician would not recommend this facility.

  I need to talk about how great Christopher who answers the phone at this location is. He is amazing and so, so patient. We were playing phone tag for a while because of my difficult schedule and he was helpful and kind throughout the whole ordeal. Northwell is lucky to have him and so were we!

  I would love to leave a review on a particular Dr Dr Daniels such a fantastic Dr I have the best experience with her she is fantastic with her patients and cares enough to go beyond to help to find what is wrong croton should be extremely happy to have her on her staff she is the true meaning of being a Dr and makes you feel like you have known her forever.I am extremely satisfied with her and if anyone says differently well that I will keep to my self Thank you so much Dr Daniels
