  Mallory is absolutely amazing. Listens to every issue and complaint and makes sure to address it without judgment or second guessing. Always goes above and beyond to help as much as possible! Will recommend her to all of my friends and family

  The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant and helpful. Molly Ferris is great! She's compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I'm grateful I found her. Unfortunately throughout my life I've had to see several physical therapists for injuries I sustained in the past, but Molly was by far the best. Her patience and enthusiasm is a breath of fresh air. I cannot thank her enough! I do have one complaint that left a very bad taste in my mouth however. I had been over charged by $10.00 each visit for 12 visits. My insurance company informed me of the correct amount. When I informed Alice about it I was told they would send me a check for the over charges. After repeated calls I finally received my money back after asking for it for almost 3 months! Please be sure you DO NOT overpay your surcharge because my experience getting my money back was absolutely ridiculous. Other than my experience with Alice everyone else was great.

  Horrible experience made to wear a mask even tho told how was making the pain worse because it’s behind my ears and how they don’t make the rules . It’s also may 2 2023 the er doesn’t even make you anymore also Darcie wood gave zero help put a machine on me and left the room for 20 mins

  I have been a patient at Fadden & Associates for 16 years. I have the deepest appreciation for the quality of care I have received. Alice Fadden is a skilled body mechanic who listens carefully to her patients. She treats each patient with respect, acceptance and understanding. She understands at a deep intuitive level how the body and mind work together as interactive systems. As a patient you can share your vulnerabilities, your traumas, and your triumphs, and know that you will be safe and cared for. Healing is a sacred art that comes from a deep spiritual place where listening, respect and acceptance of each individual where they are at this moment in time, forms a solid foundation for future growth and recovery. That, is the quality of care you will find here! If your problem is easily resolved, you will be discharged when you are ready. If you have complex layers of interactive challenges that require ongoing care, you will receive the support you need to manage your situation and maintain your ability to function and keep moving forward, minimizing the risk that you will need to turn to invasive surgical approaches. I have been able to avoid surgery. I was able to overcome a period of disability through the supportive help I received. When I reentered the work force in a healing profession, I saw Alice as a mentor of how to provide the quality of service I hoped to achieve in my own practice.
