On November 2nd, I was asked to leave the premises based on the false claim that I had insulted the staff — an accusation that is completely untrue. The issue began when my water bottle fell into a hole behind the small lockers near the stairs, a hazard that exists due to the gym’s negligence in not properly sealing the area. I simply asked for assistance in retrieving my belongings. Instead of helping, I was treated unfairly and accused of behavior that never occurred. The manager who asked me to leave was Claudia Herrera, and the staff members who falsely claimed I insulted them were Tasnuva and Nela. This situation was handled unprofessionally and without any attempt to understand what actually happened. I expected better treatment and accountability from a facility I pay to attend.
