Immediately I was treated with compassion and understanding and he truly listened to my needs and concerns. My father is a bull, he is very prideful and is not willing to accept the need for a permanent solution to his disability. Frank immediately understood. Although he would be able to make more money on me by installing and uninstalling the ramp in 4 months for the rental, he guided me towards buying it, as it would be cost prohibitive to rent with the installation and removal.
