- DTDion's TravelsMar 20, 20261.0Post Review Update: In response to Long Island Spine Specialists reply to my post it does not surprise me that they are unable to find me in their schedules considering how my visit went. I was sent a text from them over five times reminding me of my appointment. I have since gone to another Orthopedic Surgeon that is able to keep their appointments. I had an appointment to see Dr. Brasa, which had been scheduled two weeks in advance for 2:30 p.m. I received four or five text messages reminding me of my appointment date and time. Today, I show up for my appointment, and the front desk tells me my appointment was at 10:00 a.m. I show the front desk my five text messages from their office confirming the 2:30pm scheduled time. There was no explanation given other than to tell me that the Doctor left for the day and there was nothing they could do. And the real kicker is after I got home I received a text that my appointment for today was rescheduled for 10:00am. Five hours after 10:00am. I canceled all my appointments with Long Island Spine Specialists and will go somewhere else.
