  They are pretty terrific across the board. I dealt with a receptionist, a surgical assistant and a periodontist. All of them made the experience as good as it could be, considering it was oral surgery. My periodontist was. Dr. Kristen Brocavich, DDS, MS She was top shelf. She answered all my questions. She didn’t rush. I know she has a schedule to maintain, but she took the time to answer every one of my questions thoroughly. The procedure, a crown extension, involves removing tissue and bone. I have to say, it didn’t hurt. But it’s the little things that make it better. I didn’t see blood once during the entire procedure. She was careful to cup the gauze as she removed it from my mouth. It’s the little things that could be concerning while the surgery is proceeding. She did a great job. If I ever need such services again, there would be no reason to go any place else.
