  I experienced very poor customer service at Pearle Vision. I had an eye exam roughly 2 months ago and I had never received my lenses. I called multiple times and was told that I would be called back shortly, and I never was. I received no updates on my order when I was told they would be in touch. Multiple times I called and no one answered or never returned my call when I left a message. They even claimed my lenses would be arriving the following day which was completely false. When I finally could get in touch with them they told me they couldn’t find my lenses wasting 2 months worth of time. I am very dissatisfied with my experience.

  I brought in a pair of my mother's glasses that were missing a lens and needed it replaced right away so we could use them for her funeral. They not only made one to fit within a half hour, but were kind and empathetic as well. I can't thank them enough for making an already difficult time a little easier.

  I wanted to share my boyfriend’s horrible experience here at Pearle vision. My boyfriend paid hundreds of dollars for his glasses and for all the extra coatings/tints etc. However, he didn’t receive what he paid for. His glasses came stock, no extra coatings were put on. The glasses itself sits on his face crooked, the nose piece is drilling into his nose causing him pain all the time. One of the girls that work there (don’t know the persons name) had a very bad attitude on the phone when conversed with. In-store the two girls that work there are not friendly at all. There is Jasmine (who is semi-polite) and then the other one (don’t know the name) her attitude was atrocious! How is that girl in retail? The glasses situation is bad enough where my boyfriend, after only 2 months of wearing these glasses, has to go to a different store to get new ones because the issues are too uncomfortable and painful. The owner whose name is Ross who upsold us on all the extras which were never provided, told us to call him but when we did multiple times, he was unavailable to talk with and as I stated above the girl that took our calls had a bad attitude. You have bad reviews for a reason and clearly you and the company don’t fix its problems. Thanks a lot!

  0 Stars if possible!! 1. The two girls that work there have very poor attitudes. 2. Ross (owner) sold me a horrible pair of glasses. I paid for all the different coatings and received nothing. No blue light filter, no polarization, no anti-reflective coating etc. The nose pieces are falling off and make jingle noises. The glasses also sit on my face cockeyed, since he never properly fit me for the glasses. I am appalled with this company and wouldn't recommend anyone on this planet to go here. 👎 👎 👎
