  My wife had an issue that needed attention quickly and they offered an appointment weeks out. When she called back and let them know it was urgent they said they would call back but never did. Lots of doctors, not a lot of help for patients.

  The appointment was at 4 pm I understand I was late 7 minutes but to have me wait an entire hour to have other people go ahead of me just because the doctor was out the week prior is ridiculous I drove half an hour and they said I may run into the same issue if I reschedule for the upcoming weeks when this exam is for my insurance to continue coverage. This is not okay and the doctor being behind should be made aware to the patients instead of having them wait without knowledge of how behind they are, if I did not ask no one would've told me she was an hour behind

  Great doctors, Susan Egner-Wallen really cares for her patients and makes sure you fully understand everything going on. They do need to plan better. If your appointment is at a certain time there should not be such long waits. Stop overbooking please

  Doctors are great but minimum wait time every time is 1.5 hours. Every time. I make my appointments first of the day at 8am and still wait that long. Everyone is always complaining in the waiting room about the wait times. Very frustrating.
