  Carolina was great! I was nervous about moving up and to 1.5 class but she made the transition for me completely comfortable and the pace was great and I felt appropriately challenged!

  The Pilates classes here are amazing! I love my level 1 reformer classes with Karen. She is positive, encouraging, clear in her instructions, and is very helpful in the classes. She will help you out if you are new to a class or are struggling. The size of the classes are perfect so the instructor can see how everyone is doing and can correct form. I will there were more types of level 1 classes after 5PM. Krista is also an amazing instructor! She pushes you and gets you a good workout. Her classes are very fun too! I highly recommend this location and paying ahead of time. You only have a 30 day period to book from the start of the day you pay and classes typically book two weeks ahead of time. It is very possible to get off the waitlist, but it may not be the next day.

  Tara is an AMAZING Pilates teacher! I book classes weeks out to be sure I can get into as many of her classes as I can! She is thorough, helpful, so much fun… she brings true community to the room❤️ She fills my cup to the brim, I thank God for her every Tuesday!
