The entire team is consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Dr. Margolin is incredibly thorough—he takes the time to double and even triple check everything to ensure your prescription is exactly right. I always feel confident that I’m getting the best possible care, and he’s very thoughtful when it comes to recommending contact lenses that will actually feel comfortable. I especially want to recognize Ross, the Optician and Owner. He truly goes above and beyond in a way that you just don’t see often. I had to bring my 1.5-year-old daughter with me to my appointment, and without hesitation, Ross stepped in to help. He held her and kept her happy and entertained for the entire exam—something I never expected, but appreciated more than I can say. He has such a natural, gentle way with children. You can immediately see that kids feel comfortable around him, and it speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. His kindness and genuine care made a big difference in my experience today. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for thorough care and truly exceptional customer service.
