  I should have read the reviews before coming here. Their catholichealth website is a joke they do not respond to medication refills and when you call they put on hold half the time not very helpful at all. Do urself a favor find a different doctors office

  I have been seeing Dr. Aldea for years unfortunately she decided to retire leaving me open to finding a new doc office . I decided to stick it out here, they are always kind when greeting me at the front desk. Also I try not to judge to hard , working with people in a medical setting is hard and challenging so I always try to keep that in mind when going anywhere to an Doc Office . Turns out the people that work there are just humans too trying to do the best they can. One experience that I had there that was great was I was a little nervous about a bug bite on my leg it got back and blue and I had never seen anything like that before. Turns out I just walked in explained my situation to an administrator at the desk and even though they were busy she got me seen rite away by a NP ( who was really cool and told me it was good I came in just to rule out it wasn’t a tick bite ) Just goes to show a little kindness and a little humanity goes a long way !!! Keep up the great job guys : )

  This was my first time going to Catholic Health Services and Dr. Aldea. There was initially a glitch with my appointment, but they worked it out and I was seen. Dr. Aldea was very thorough and caring. I was squeezed into her schedule but not treated like I was. The staff made me feel comfortable and I would go back to see Dr. Aldea in the future. She is smart and caring.

  I have never spoken to such a rude front desk. Luckily I love my doctors at Catholic health and will not switch, but if I have to deal with another 30 minute call just to be rudely greeted by the receptionist, I will leave this place. So rude.
