- BDBrian DavidMar 7, 20261.0$120 a month and I wish I knew they were going to leave everything broken and not use the maintenance staff to get things up to par. Pool, toilets, showers, the list goes on. If you don’t have the money or resources to fix it, then don’t sell people on the place.
