My mom’s new Medicare insurance Healthspring was splintered off Cigna this year so we had issues finding providers. Healthspring couldn’t find matches either. We went 3 hours trying to find an appt & never knew this was in Target! We called & they explained Cigna’s Eyecare is called EyeMed & that providers were searching for the wrong name (for anyone with similar issues). They fit us in for an immediate appt. Lucky for us cuz mom needed to renew her driver’s license in a week lol. They went thru the eye & ophthalmological exams thoroughly & exceedingly efficiently. They even sent mom’s eye exam to the DMV directly within minutes. Even more than professional they were patient and kind.
