- SSStallionroseMar 3, 20265.0Was referred by a runner coworker to check this place out because I cant run, but used to be an athlete always ailed by high arches and shin splints. I knew I needed special attention to fix my feet so I could run again, and get in shape. In the Clifton Park location, Mike helped identify some issues with my feet which influenced all of my body mechanics and caused me pain when running. When I put in the new Good Feet inserts that Mike carefully selected according to size, structure, and how my feet accepted them, we arrived at a pair that worked for me. My hip immediately aligned that has been ailing me and always has had a lumbar upslip problem that needs frequent chiropractic work. The proper alignment foot inserts straightened out my back, hip, and posture on the right side of my body, and I no longer have muscle tension. This endeavor recommended by my runner co-worker was an investment for me, because I miss running so much, and couldnt get in shape for 5 years without being injured due to poor body mechanics. I always wear the best of the best running shoes- Asics, and Brooks and still had the worst of problems trying to run, and would break down with weeks of injury recovery. I highly recommend that if you are serious about changing the way you run and the way you feel when running, to check out what their shoe fitting system can do for you. This is going to help me so much. It's already apparent that I feel 100% different when I walk and run, with no pain. There are 3 pairs of inserts in the system, and a lifetime guarantee. All have a certain application and purpose to helping strengthen and support your feet. This is not a "cheap" investment, but you only buy them 1x, forever. I'm really pleased with my experience, and Mike's expertise in fitting feet. They accept Care Credit also!
