  I have been going to the miracle-ear center located at 19 Clifton County Road, Clifton Park, NY 12065 for over 5 years. I give this location a five star rating because I am very pleased with the hearing aids that I received from them and the excellent service I get from them. From the moment I walk in, Brittany, the secretary, always has a smile on her face when she greets me. I am usually about 10 minutes.early for my appointment and always gets taken by Kristen the hearing specialist on time. Both Brittany and Kristen will always answer my questions no matter how many I have and never makes me feel rushed. I can’t say enough about both these young ladies, I am very fortunate and very comfortable with this facility, and with Brittany and Kristen and highly recommended this particular location.

  Really liked this store for awhile. They do not care about you after the first year. Twice now I needed to get my hearing aide repaired as it quit working. I can not function without them. I was told best appt. was three weeks. I explained that the hearing aides were not working at all and i can not go out in public with out them. They did not care. I went on line and they had several appointments open that week. i called back to again try for an appointment. They said they were only booking appointments for new people and I had to wait for an repair opening. If you want to spend a lot of money to get the worst customer care Miracle ear is for you. I advise you look elsewhere for a better company.

  We always have a positive experience when we visit Miracle Ear in Clifton Park! The staff is professional, friendly, and very good at what they do! I’ve been going there for several years now and I have always been very pleased!!

  I thought my hearing, while not perfect, was ok. My wife disagreed. As a result I reluctantly went to Miracle Ear in Clifton Park. I expected to be told my hearing was bad and a need hearing aids and Miracle Ear has the best aids on the market. What I didn't expect was they would be correct. Kristen gave me a complete and detailed hearing test. She explained the results clearly and concisely in a manner I could understand and demonstrating with test hearing aides so I could hear the difference. The next step was for Kristen to explain the different devices available, the technical advantages of one over the other and the esthetics of each. Kristen did not push one over the other just factually stated the characteristics, advantage and limitations of each. I then went home with detailed information and discussed it with my wife. We made our choice I phoned it in and the following week got my aids. After a few follow-up visits my aids were zeroed in on my needs and worked perfect. Erin, Kristen and her boss are good people, stand behind their product are a pleasure to do business with. The aftercare is fantastic. You never feel you are on your own and know the product will work properly of they will fix it.
