    We couldn’t be happier with miracle ear & especially Alexa !!! She took the time to help us fill out paperwork, help my mom to finally be able to hear & just show how kind she truly is !!!! Everyone from the receptionist to the gentleman that helped initially was just amazing!!! Could not ask better treatment !!! Sending you big hugs Alexa !! Thanks for making my mom soooooooo happy & not being excluded from the conversation anymore … truly changed her life !!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts !!!!

    I love working with Kristen on the other hand Brittney the receptionist needs to be trained in customer service. She is rude. She asks to many questions. She even asked me if I was mad at her . Was not happy with her.

    Really liked this store for awhile. They do not care about you after the first year. Twice now I needed to get my hearing aide repaired as it quit working. I can not function without them. I was told best appt. was three weeks. I explained that the hearing aides were not working at all and i can not go out in public with out them. They did not care. I went on line and they had several appointments open that week. i called back to again try for an appointment. They said they were only booking appointments for new people and I had to wait for an repair opening. If you want to spend a lot of money to get the worst customer care Miracle ear is for you. I advise you look elsewhere for a better company.

    We always have a positive experience when we visit Miracle Ear in Clifton Park! The staff is professional, friendly, and very good at what they do! I’ve been going there for several years now and I have always been very pleased!!

    Kristin and her team are wonderful. Kristin is extreme thorough in explaining everything regarding hearing loss thru the process of remedying it and the best way to do so. I highly recommend.
