  Mike is great, very caring to make sure l am satisfied with the results of any adjustments l have done. Doesn't rush me. Tiffany is always friendly and helpful.

  Good morning everyone...I was not paid or asked to do this review. I've been wearing hearing aids for 15+ years, I know earing aids are very temper mental and can be hard to tweak. So you have to roll with the punches and hope the company that you buy your hearing aids from stand behind there product. So far Miracle ear has!! I've been here at Miracle Ear in CP for 2 years. I started with Kristen (bless her heart). Kristen was over worked and understaffed, she did her best with what she had...which brings me to the current Tiffany and Michael. Tiffany, has a southern welcoming with a southern belle voice. On the phone or in person, you are greeted with warmth and commitment from her. She has been there the longest out of all the office staff and has changed that around for the better. You now know when you go there you will see her (unless shes off) and you will be greeted promptly. Thank you, Tiff!! Now onto Michael...Love this guy!! He came down from the Glens Falls area and took this place over and made it an office that is running smooth and his own. He has gone above and beyond with me, especially with making sure my hearing aids are in great working condition. I'm younger than most people with hearing aids so I'm alot harder and expect more out of them than most. Couple of instances... #1) The hearing aids that I was initially was put in I felt like I couldnt hear out of my left side very well....Come to find out, it wasnt the actual hearing aid it was my left side losing the function of hearing. MIchael set me up with a receiver hearing aid. This type of hearing aid correlants with whatever the right side hears the left side is able to process on the right side of the brain. Its an awesome concept . I dont feel like I'm missing out on sooo much. Granted I do still have hearing issues which is frustrating for me and my loved ones (especially, my wife) but I'm able to process hearing alot better due to Michael's recommendation. #2) Remember what I said before that I'm a little rough on my hearing aids. Well, this past weekend in Boston. My receiver band broke. I took it in Tuesday morning in a plastic bag. I was just going to drop it off and wasnt expecting anything right away. I was greeted by Tiff with a look like "umm your not supposed to be here" (LOL) She knows her schedule and peeps. I showed her what had happened. As I was talking, MIchael pops around the corner, with a big smile and says "come on back" I was shocked and said "you guys are busy"...he pops back around the corner and just motions to come back to his office. Within 10 minutes, he had my receiver fixed and paired back....Amazing!! Hence the reason for this review...You dont always find customer service at this level, especially in this field of work. Thank you Michael and Tiffany, you two make a great team and I cant Thank you guys enough!!
