I called to ask a question and was told someone would get back to me. That didn’t happen either. I called almost two weeks ago again to ask for a copy of my receipt to submit to my insurance company. I was told the manager would email it to me. Nothing again. My recommendation is to go to a different store or to not use them at all. At this point I am questioning the competency of the people and the results of the test they did as well as what they prescribed.
